Why Performance Review Training?
The performance review process is intimidating for many managers and for their subordinates. For many it’s a missed opportunity to build healthy relationships. Ineffective reviews can even damage relationships, create stress, and cause employees to disengage.
It doesn’t have to be that way, though. This short training session will teach managers to use the review process to establish rapport with their subordinates and engage them to achieve the highest level of performance possible.
